I can honestly say, that a tablespoon of apple vinegar and a quart of water after 6:00 pm and no other food, you will loose weight. Ron

My offices uses slices of lemons in a jar of water for consumption. So I have ready lemons for my usage. I would just cut out a small slice & squeeze into a teacup & pour lukewarm water over it to consume.

What I would usually do is to squeeze the lemons and cube freeze the juice so i need only to drop a cube into a glass of water every morning, minus the daily hassle of squashing the lemon.

DR: That's a good idea. But I'm lazy to squeeze so dropping in half a lemon works better for me.
