Boobs reduction anyone?
Sunday, 25 February 2007Not all women want their boobs big and heavy. I for one used to wish for a smaller pair because I just look plain awkward in some clothes. So it is no surprise that some would go for breast reduction surgery and even have considered it.
Like Tyra Banks who most recently revealed on the Larry King show that she had considered breast reduction surgery to make her modelling job easier because some designers couldn’t fit her in their clothes due to her C-cup breasts and had to bind them down with Ace bandages.
So what put her off it?
Like artifically enhancing the breasts, there are complications in such an operation. According to a health resource with breast reduction surgery information, complications can range from infections, surgical errors or misuse of surgical instruments. All these could possibly result in permanent scarring, something which put Tyra Banks off the thoughts of going under the knife.
“That’s something I’ve thought about. I look at young women that… wear their tank tops in the mall and they don’t have to wear a bra, and that’s absolutely fabulous. “I look at that, but I don’t want that if it would leave scars.”
