Why yes, according to Mr Belisi on his Belisi Blog: How to Look Like an Oscar Starlet. Even if we don’t hit the red carpet, there is no reason why we can’t look like an Oscar starlet and he offers tips on how to.

And it’s not just about clothes, hair, makeup, bag and shoes.

One of his interesting tip is that before putting on any dress, ladies should always think seamless when it comes to undergarments. Because VPL, bra straps, unsightly bulges are so not Oscar appropriate. And he’s so right. It’s unsightly and at worst, cheapens the look. Like I almost was so tempted to tell one of the wives of my ex-VP to remove her bra because the colour was so wrong for her outfit. Oh well, it’s his wife.
