		<description>Ah~ good to see some posts along the lines with Chinese/Asian medicine/herbs/food!! Perhaps there could be more? Such as I heard Coix seeds (Job&#039;s Tears or yi yi ren aka 薏仁) help to lighten up skin complexion and have other various benefits to our skin and beauty health. I am yet to try them ... Though just a note, it shares the same risks with Dang Gui for ladies during menstruation and pregnant women.</description>
