Better lifestyle, better skin
Friday, 4 May 2007No matter what I use on my face, if I do not have sufficient rest or if I’m overly stressed, I look awful. So I was glad to read PJ of A Touch Of Blusher sharing my sentiments about how our lifestyle can affect our skin.
I do agree 100% with her 10 golden skincare rules. On top of always wearing sunscreen, removing makeup, moisturising and learning to read skincare ingredients, it is very important that we sleep and eat well as well as are able to manage our stress level. And I’ll like to add that we should also be hydrating sufficiently by drinking lots of water.
While most of these may not be directly related to skincare, but they do affect our skin at the end of the day.
Remember: go back to the basics. Adopt a better lifestyle for better skin!

Hello Sesame,
Thank you for echoing my view! (Now we are just echoing each other…:)…)
You’ve summed it up perfectly. We need to go back to the basics!
