Jason Ester-C Super-C Cleanser

I was introduced to Jason Ester-C, a range of organic skincare that contain a particular type of natural vitamin C said to be four times stronger and longer lasting in the body than regular ascorbic acid vitamin C.

The product range fights free radicals and is good for combating against signs of aging.  It is reportedly popular with celebrities like Reese Witherspoon who has been spotted snapping up the products at an organic store.

The product from the range that I’m using is Jason Ester-C Super-C Cleanser, a gentle and effective facial wash that combines the antioxidant benefits of Vitamins C, E, grapeseed extract and papaya enzyme.

I love the smell of the orange extract on my face and the fact that it is a gentle foaming formula.  Because the cleanser is formulated with a unique blend of Jason’s exclusive 10% Complete Vitamin C Complex with Ester-C and Beta Hydroxy Acids, it’s also supposed to dissolve dead, dry surface skin cells to leave the skin feeling revitalized and fresh.

The benefits from this cleanser is supposed to be cumulative but unlike other users who claim that they’ve seen a noticeable change in their skin after weeks of using this, I couldn’t tell a marked difference except that my face does feel rather soft after each washing.  And that my skin definitely doesn’t feel taut or dry after using this stuff, even after two straight washes at one go.  No wonder they say it’s suitable for all skin types.

I bought this at Dargon Dors Cosmetics #03-1126, 32 New Market Road (People’s Park Complex) and paid around S$30 for the 150ml cleanser after discount.  However, I realised that I can buy it much cheaper online at amazon.com although stock level is always low.

I would definitely like to continue using this product again, and maybe also try other products from the range.  That is, once I figure out a cheaper source to obtain them.
