Coenzyme Q10 Nano Eye Masks

Wednesday, 27 June 2007

I’m not fond of mask sheets but I do enjoy using those that are easy to apply and are not too messy.  Especially those dry type where you just stick, leave it on the specific area for awhile and then remove.

So I bought this orange box of Coenzyme Q10 Nano Eye Masks specially formulated with hyaluronic acid and collagen because it does just that.

I also wanted to know if its nano micron therapy will really revive elasticity as well as moisturize, nourish, remove dull lack-luster skin  and reduce fine lines on my undereye.

Well, it does alright, but only temporarily.  What I have to do is to peel the mask off the plastic sheet and place under each eye after I have cleansed my face. Leave on for around 15 minutes (sometimes longer) and after I remove them, I do notice that the skin is firmer and the fine lines diminished.  But the effect isn’t long lasting.  Just about a few hours and it’s back to normal again.  Perhaps it might have some longer lasting effects when used on a prolonged basis but I’ve only tried a box so I can’t say for certain.

I would say such masks are good if you’re going to a party or dinner and want to improve how you look.  It’s a short term fix if you like.  And besides the undereye, the masks can also be used on the laugh lines around the mouth.

Each box comes with six pairs of eye masks and costs around s$13.  I bought mine at Sasa but you can also find it in Basic Beauty at The Heeren Shops.
