Hi, Can anyone please give me some good and honest recommendation for eyebrow embroidery. Have done by quite a few and it has changed colours.

irene from BIO BEAUTY AROMATIC is not as good. i went there based on recommendation but was very unhappy even after the touch up. she is not helping but rather only selling.
i got her work corrected by another professional.

i had my eye brow tattoo years ago and faded, could i do embroidery on top of the tattoo?
