I wasn’t terribly excited by what I saw at Epitome when they opened their doors sometime in March. Perhaps it was the range or maybe I just wasn’t in the frame of mind at that time. But when I read about Imp’s recent spree, I decided to take another look at them today.
Again, their clothes didn’t get my attention but their bags did this time. They’ve brought in a new range - Harveys Seatbeltbag – literally made from seat belts! How cool is that? They’re really very sturdy looking complete with quality finishing. Rather heavy too.
However, I only saw totes from the classic and carriage collection in black and red at Epitome though you can find more designs at Harveys’ website; ranging from totes, backpacks, messengers, baguettes and hobos.
Prices are fairly reasonable. We’re looking at S$178 for a classic tote and S$198 for something larger.
I did buy a tote from Epitome but it wasn’t from the Seatbeltbag range because I find the available designs a little serious for me. If only Epitome has brought in their Rugby and Summer Luvn collections which are much more fun looking and colourful.
But they’re available online if I’m keen because Harveys do ship internationally.

Nice recommendation, Sesame. Will definitely check out Epitome
Doris: Yup, since you’ll be back here. But their seatbeltbags are quite limited.
Ooh I remember reading about the seatbelt bags – must be hardy stuff!
Paris: Yesh, they are!
