Rui En for Olay White Radiance
Thursday, 30 August 2007Those in Singapore would have seen this Olay ad around. This is our local celebrity, Rui En, endorsing the product range under Olay White Radiance.
Olay White Radiance range, from cleanser, lotion, day whitening cream, night whitening cream, essence and mask come with ingredients like Niacinnamide, Mulberry Extract, Vitamin C and Coix Seed Extract to help even out skin tone.
The day cream and lotion also comes with UVA/UVB protection SPF19 and from what I’ve uncovered from various forums, the Olay White Radiance Whitening UV Lotion scores with many users raving about the matte and non-oily texture and some even claiming that it helped lightened their blemishes.
I actually have very fond memories of this brand as Oil of Ulay because I used to watch my mum slather the pink fluid on her face when I was younger. It was probably the first beauty product I came into contact as well. In fact, I can still remember the distinct smell.
The brand has of course evolved to what it is today, with various product lines addressing specific beauty concerns, including Olay Regenerist to heal the skin from the cellular level and Olay Total Effects to address the signs of aging.
But despite the expansion in product lines, Olay still keeps their prices reasonable so that women from all walks are able to enjoy their benefits.

Lia: Yes, I meant to say it’s Oil of Ulay. My typo…I also remember it as Oil of Ulan. And I remember Hazeline Snow too! I used that too and now that you mentioned, I can recall the funny smell.
