Lumiere: Free international shipping
Tuesday, 30 October 2007Yippee! Lumiere Mineral Cosmetics is offering free international shipping from November 1st to January 1st 2008. Time to purchase another of their fantastic super baby soft kabuki brush!
I haven’t actually reviewed the mineral foundations I purchased from them because I didn’t get the right shades. So perhaps I can take this opportunity to order some new ones for experiment again because I remember Paris Beaverbank wrote that the foundation is awesome.
But what I’m really eyeing is their Lumiere Pearlfecting Powder, a super finely milled 100% pearl powder which can work either as a face primer or a finishing powder. In fact, I can get this for free if I were to purchase a full size jar of Lumiere Foundation, Blush or Radiance. And as a matter of fact, the company is offering a free gift package worth US$25 with all orders over $100 although I doubt I’ll be ordering that much.
Apart from these specials, Lumiere has also introduced a limited-edition holiday collection 2007. Also remember to check attractively discounted items under their Specials!
But most important of all, remember to enter the code FREE-SHIP during checkout to enjoy the free international shipping. Happy shopping!
* Upate: Due to problems with the code, Lumiere has automatically removed shipping costs for all international orders during check out. There is no need to enter the code.

Hi, the FREE-SHIP code doesn’t work? I tried it but it says the promo code is wrong and they asked me to select First Class or Priority shipping. Was thinking of trying it out since they’re offering free shipping. Any idea? Thanks.
rinnah: The code will be valid from 1st Nov so it won’t work now.

Ah, I see it now. Hehe. My bad. I was too excited about the free shipping. Thanks.

I cannot wait to get the new collections, they are gorgeous! I was wondering where you got the info on the free gift with $100 purchase, and if you know the timeline for that? I am also planning on getting the Pearlfecting Powder!
Jamie: The info was from the newsletter but they didn’t state the timeline. I believe it should be 1 Nov to end Dec at least because this is the Winter special.

hey SS,
i never tried MMU before, but this Lumiere tempted me so much with the free international shipping, i gotta try
like you, my skintone is fair - can i ask which are the shades of foundation you bought previously which you mentioned aren’t the right ones for you? they have so many shades i got no idea how to narrow down the seletion…
Lia: I know…too many…headache. I tried Light Golden and Fairly Lt Warm but both don’t work for me. You might want to try Light Medium Neutral because Paris who also tried this used the color and it worked for her. She’s also fair. She read reviews online that said that the colours in Lumiere run a little light so the advice was to go one shade deeper than you usually are.
Hope you can find something that works for you.
