I saw this tip on how to wake up with glowing skin at Top Tips For Girls and found it ideal to share during this holiday season.
- Take an oil supplement such as fish oil, omega 3 or evening primrose after dinner.
- Drink 1.5 litres of water; mineral water from Evian if possible, because it contains the highest amount of silica in comparison to other brands and silica is good for skin, hair and nails.
- Thoroughly cleanse your skin, then splash with freezing water a few times to boost circulation. Remember to tone and moisturise.
- Pop in some brightening eye drops to cleanse your eyes.
- Have sufficient sleep.
I think this might work because I’ve tried taking fish oil in the evenings and noticed there’s a difference in the morning. Of course, for the water, don’t drink it just before you go to sleep to avoid waking up with puffy looking eyes.
Go for natural beauty inside out and have a beautiful X’mas!

Hi! I am having fun on your website! I feel like I’ve met a kindred soul!
Just wanted to add here that, for me, the best product to “Wake up with glowing soft skin” was using the Kanebo’s night sealing cream. It used to cost around $30 (US) several years ago; I haven’t used it lately because I’m a lazy one!
OK! Hope this might help someone!
Hey Jessica: Glad you’re having fun here. Come back often!
Kanebo’s products look very promising. Lately, I’ve been reading a lot of raves about them.
