New: La Mer The Cleansing Foam
Friday, 11 January 2008Interestingly, La Mer The Cleansing Foam is not only designed with La Mer’s Deconstructed Waters, precious gemstones and unique marine extracts but also includes an exclusive combination of fine jade and pearl powders to provide a deep cleanse for a luminous, healthy looking skin.
Pearl Powder has been used for centuries under traditional Chinese medicine because of its ability to enhance the natural radiance of the skin. In fact, it was believed that the past Chinese empresses and concubines heavily relied on the powder to beautify themselves.
Pearl powder has been known for centuries for its restorative properties. La Mer’s precious blend of jade and pearl powders is rich in amino acids, luxuriously revitalizing and brightening even the most delicate complexions.
La Mer The Cleansing Foam is said to be appropriate for all skin types, and is to be used in conjunction with Creme de La Mer.
I’m actually confused as this is said to be a new product but yet I see reviews of the product dating months back at Makeupalley. A new packaging or formulation maybe? But the key ingredients sound the same and you may like to know that the product received glowing reviews with rating of 4.4 out of 5 by nine reviewers.

I bought it during my trip to Hawaii.. been using it but haven’t done a review yet. I thought it sounded in USD so I tried it but not sure if I can afford to keep using it
