Got it today , my skin is oily .. just came to know that it can cause problems to oily skin …. wish i would have done more research!

lets try , i will let you know if Moon beam on my Brown skin worked or not.

its just $25 , so lets see.

Look — High Beam is one of the best products I’ve ever used and working in retail I’ve been sucked into alot of cosmetics claim that are unfounded LOL — High Beam is really amazing I can’t live without it and when you turn your head it catches the light and makes your cheeks sparkle and look plump — I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! — in a nut shell let me just say it sounds like you have alot of issues with your skin so maybe this isn’t the product for you so please don’t spoil it for the rest of us with normal skin. Also , Benifit will take back the product if you’re not happy with it so don’t sit there pouting and complaining, take it back to where you bought it and tell them you don’t like it! — another thing …High beam IS for light skin tones and Moon Beam is for darker skin. I have a girlfriend that uses Moon Beam because she has brown skin and she loves her Moon Beam like I love my High beam. If you put High Beam on someone with brown skin tone it will look silver on them. — Here is what you are doing wrong — It needs to be the last thing you put on. If you put powder over it it will take the sparkle away and defeat it’s purpose. so it needs to be the LAST thing you put on. And when you do put it on you only need a tiny dot on your cheek and you dab it around with your finger tip to feather it out, you don’t blend or smear it or wipe it. It needs to sit on top of your makeup to act like a layer of luminescent mother of pearl in the areas you want it to catch the light. It’s not for all over the face. — well I hope this helps in your search for a “dewy” complextion. I simply love it and think it ROCKS!

Tracy: Thanks for leaving your comments and am glad High Bleam has been working for you. It’s funny I just took it out to try again this week; I used it around my eyes but it still did nothing much for me. I’m sure I’m using it correctly because I saw a video on Benefit products and this was used. Unfortunately, I can’t return the product because I got it shipped to Singapore.

I have fair skin by the way and combination skin and I don’t have a lot of issues with my skin. I’m not the only one with problems with it. I mean, do you use the right products ALL THE TIME? I have read the reviews on MakeupAlley before buying it and already, some gals didn’t like it. Still, I bought it to try. So I don’t think I’m spoiling it for anyone. People should know that reviews are personal and products that didn’t work for me does not mean it won’t work for you.

I use it after moisturizer before mineral foundation as well and it works well on me. I did a review on my website. But perhaps you're right, maybe it suits darker and drier skin. I have yellowish-light beige skin tone and dry texture, so far High Beam's work great for me. Indulgent Diva: I think it's just not for my skin color and type. I tried it today again around my outer eye area, under the eyebrow and the inside of my eye area near the nose bridge. No visible glow!

Umm well my sis has it and she puts it on after moisturiser and b4 mineral powder foundation. Maybe that might work better? Dee: I've read about that method. Maybe I'll give it a try but I believe it's probably my skin type that's the problem.
