Hi! I love reading your site! I was just wondering how does this skinfood loose powder compare to higher end counter brands? thanks

Qian: Hi! Hmm, I'm stumped here cos a bit hard for me to comment in terms of comparison since I don't use loose powder from other brands at the moment. The last one I used was years ago and I cannot remember now.

thank you very much... i am soooo happy to have found u online .. u are a great HELP. anyway.. do u have any recommendations such as supplements to regulate hormones??? is it omega 3 or evening primrose oil? :D .. sorry to bother u ... THANKS!

miyo: You're welcome! Glad you found some of the info useful. Don't worry about asking...just that sometimes I can't get to reply as quickly. About supplements to regulate hormones, ah no, I'm not familiar but if you're talking about helping with PMS, then I heard evening primrose oil is good. But I haven't taken this. For me, I take milk on a regular basis. I find it helps to reduce PMS symptoms. In fact, I got an article written sometime ago. It's here if you want to check it.

I take Omega 3-6-9 for general well-being and also to keep my skin, hair and nails healthy. But if you take Omega stuff, look for those distill formula. Nordic Naturals is a brand I'm using for myself and my son.

sorry sesame not sure whether is there a duplicate cos i cannot see my comment being posted..
anyway do u know any site which i can buy bentonite clay or fuller's earth clay .. i wanna diy mask.. thanks thanks :D

Miyo: Hey, no worries. I've got such a potent anti-spam plugin it sometimes catches my own comments as spam!

I understand some ladies at Flowerpod forum get their clays from this source: yours-essentially.blogspot.com. They carry the clays you've indicated. Perhaps you can also raise your concern about kaolin clay with them. They're probably more knowledgeable about these stuff.
