It depends on your skin type. Can’t say for sure although my guess is, it should be. What are your skin issues?

I've tried this mask before and yes, the results are good but temporary. How did you get the ingredients, tho?? Last I checked, all the ingredients were written in Korean. Rachel: It's on the back of the packet when I got it. Some products from Skin Food do have ingredients listed in English. But not all though.
