		<description>I used to take Vitamin E pills and now take Evening Primrose, It has helped me so much with pimples and redness. My cheeks often has realy bad pimples and now they are almost gone.. 

Tip: when you pop a pimple use detol which will dry it and leave less marks.</description>

Vitamin E is sticky, but i read something written by a doctor in the US that it prevents sun damage when worn topically, and prevents wrinkes. But the texture is quite sticky and kind of shinny...
I have combo skin and haven&#039;t broken out from it which is diffrent!</description>
