TRUE Bio Skin Care Moisturising Cleanser

True Bio Skin Care Moisturizing Cleanser

This TRUE Bio Skin Care Moisturising Cleanser has to be the best facial cleanser I’ve ever come across by far.  A 100% natural foaming cleanser containing cucumber extracts, lemon oil, rosemary oil and wheat germ oil that keeps my face really clean without stripping the natural lipids!   I received this 15ml travel size cleanser from my recent natural facial session with True Beauty and if not for the hefty price point, I would have run out and grabbed the 100ml full size one.

I know some of you will be annoyed reading this because you’re probably thinking why the heck am I reviewing such an exclusive product.  Well, because one, this is really good stuff that I like and I won’t be surprised that there are some skin fanatics out there who would want to try.  And two, I’m including one of the 15ml tube in next month’s giveaway so I’ll like my readers to be acquainted with the product too.  YESSIREE!

Best selling product
TRUE Bio Skin Care Moisturising Cleanser by the way, is the best seller from True Beauty and it’s not hard to see why because it’s indeed awesome.  It comes in the form of a clear gel that foams on contact with water and does not contain SLS.  I use this only after I have removed my makeup using my oil cleanser because the 15ml tube is too precious.  It’s got a faint smell of rosemary and is very pleasant to the senses.  The best thing is that this gentle cleanser provides deep cleansing by removing all traces of dirt, dead cells and impurities from the pores.   In addition, I learnt that its natural antiseptic properties reduce inflammation, refresh and tighten the skin.

True Bio Skin Care Moisturizing Cleanser Ingredients

Use of advanced encapsulation process
What’s unique about TRUE Bio Skin Care products, including this moisturising cleanser is that the plant essences used are obtained by a highly scientific, non-destructive, low pressure process of extraction, ensuring that a high level of beneficial enzymes, vitamins, protoplasm and collagen in the plants are retained and kept alive.   And this is why their products are able to penetrate deep into the dermis in a matter of seconds to treat the root of the problem.  Definitely good stuff for our skin!

Price points
The 15ml travel size tube can last about 2 weeks and cost S$45.  The 100ml full size cleanser cost S$210 and  I’m waiting for their special promo to see if I can grab it any cheaper.  But meanwhile, someone will get lucky next month.  And very happy I hope!

Oh gosh. This is more expensive than my beloved Istrilene Gel Cleanser.

pf: Yes, the price point is indeed a pain. *sigh*

  2. Ms. Blacklace says:

    Oh my…. That’s expensive!

Ms Blacklace: Yeah, say that again… ?

  3. pf1123 says:

Seriously, as far as I “invest” in expensive products for skincare, I won’t spend that kind of money. I don’t expect products to make my skin flawless. Just no major problems and nice to use can already.

pf: Heheh…I expect this to make my skin flawless. Haha…just kidding and being wishful. ? Well, I think I won’t want to pay $210 for a cleanser – hoping to grab it at a cheaper rate during their promo or something. For me it depends, if the product can last a couple of months and really performs, I don’t mind paying more. But it has certainly been a long time since I paid a lot for products.

  4. Florence says:

This is too expensive for me.I won’t invest too expensive skin products. For me,so long the products do well on my skin & it’s doesn’t break me out then can already.$210 just for cleanser…..might as well spent on kids :)This is just my thought.

Florence: Yeah I know what you mean. I guess different pple will have different priorites. ? Like I was also shocked to learn that pple don’t mind dishing out $1k for makeup products – just for collection.

  5. pf1123 says:

I think I have reached my cap with the Istrilene products. I’m only willing to shell out that kind of money.

The cleanser is 200ml and for a tube which is $60 over (with 20% disc), it would last me well over 6 months…and maybe longer now that I only use it in the morning.

I’ll never imagine that I can say this but….its nice to be contented with what I have. ?

pf: Haha…it’s always good to have a budget so as not to get crazy. Yes, being contented with what we have is good! I like that! ?

  6. elleve says:

hmm i can stretch till max 80 for cleanser but i want to to last like3 months! 210 is waaay too much unfortunately!

Elleve: Yup, considering cleansers do run out very quickly! That’s why I’m hoping for a sale. Cannot dish out that kind of money…especially now!

  7. prettybeautiful says:

wah the price. O_o it is really not something that everyone can afford. damn why can only the rich enjoy all the good skin and all????

Prettybeautiful: I guess everything has a price? ?

  8. dee says:

Omg. that costs a bomb! i wudnt even pay $100 for moisturiser………….

Dee: If it’s just plain moisturizer without any special active ingredients, not me either.

  9. Teri says:

Yikes! Most people already said it but yes, too expensive. LOL. Honestly, I only use a cleanser for one reason, get rid of the oil off my face. It literally lasts about 2 seconds on my face before I wash it off. I’d rather use that money on sunblock and serums.

Teri: I actually had similar thoughts in the past but these days I start to view cleansers differently cos I think they’re very important. Using the wrong one could result in more skin problems; at least in my experience.

  10. Linda says:

$210 for cleanser is too extravagant & luxurious. I think I’d consider with anything less than $100.

Linda: I can understand. Although I’m particular about what I use in terms of the ingredients, my current cleanser is less than $15 and is mostly natural.

  11. Jasmine says:

Hey! I know it is off-topic but can you review some natural hair care products or DIY recipes? I have been having failures doing my own hair products.

Jasmine: I haven’t tried much natural hair care products because I have a very oil scalp which still requires shampoos with SLS. What are you looking to achieve for your hair?
