Hi Ms. Vinny,

I'm glad the info is of help to you, and I'm really really glad that you're making the organic switch!

The philosophy of Kanga Organics is to provide affordable organic skincare to more people, so that more can enjoy the benefits of organic products, and thus make the organic switch! So I'm really happy that it helped you in this way.

If you enjoyed the products, I hope you can leave your testimonials in my blog site: http://kangaorganics.livejournal.com/ as I'm in the midst of building a testimonial page for my website for easier updates, but in the mean time, comments & feedback will have to go on the blog, or join us on facebook or Yahoo! Groups. Hope to see you there. :)

In the meantime, do check out Skin Blossom Nourishing Face Cream too, as it has just been nominated in Best Organic Launch for Pure Beauty Awards in UK: http://www.purebeauty.co.uk/index.php?page=Pure%20Beauty%20Awards%20Voting%20Form

Do keep spreading the good word of going organic to everyone everyday!

Hey Joey, thanks for the info. =) It was very very helpful.

And Raelynn, I didn't know that about Alcohol denat. Thanks. :)

To Sesame: as always, your posts are invaluable. And finally, I'm going to switch to organic products.

Hi Everyone,
Here's the reply I received from Cris, the creator of Skin Blossom, hope it clears queries for all:

Quote:
Hi Joey,

I read the comments thanks. The reason we use Alcohol Denat is to help bind the formula, it also acts as a preservative and helps to firm and tone the skin. It is derived from plants as you know and in our products the Alcohol Denat is certified organic. The quantities of it in the Skin Blossom Organic Bloom Gentle Cleansing Milk is not sufficient to dry out the skin and our cleanser is suitable for all skin types. It is really gentle and even suitable to take eye make-up off.

As you say our products are certified by the Soil Association. The Soil Association standards are based on principles that require the maximum amount of organic ingredients, minimum synthetic ingredients, minimum processing of ingredients and clear labelling so that the consumer can make an informed choice about the product they are purchasing. The standards also contain criteria that means ingredients must be assessed to not be harmful to human health and their manufacture and use must cause minimum environmental impact. See this link for more information. http://www.soilassociation.org/Takeaction/Buyorganic/Healthandbeauty/FAQs/tabid/348/Default.aspx

Kanga Organics deliver within Singapore currently. You probably can get sources within your country for them but you'll need to find the source online.
