I used to suffer from PMS, especially mood swings and bloating. Tried everything and nothing worked. Then I found out about DIM (Di indolyl methane). No more bloated stomach or nasty mood when I get my period!
I buy mine at youngagain.com
The Source Naturals brand is also OK, though not as good.
My best friend has less acne since taking it. DIM is also an anti-cancer agent, which to me is a nice bonus.

That's interesting to know. I believe in TCM approach too. When I was a lot younger, my mom used to force me to take some Chinese medicine for PMS...it helped but it tasted awful.

I had tried EPO from Kordel years ago but it does nothing for my menstrual cramps. Last year, I decide to try TCM (Eu Yan Sang) instead. After a few doses of those medicine powder I no longer experience cramps for the past year.
