On the tweezerman, I've just shopped here in Manila for a tweezer and found that Solingen (a very old German Brand) has quite good quality & cheap tweezers! I'm not sure where you can find this in the retail outlets but if you run a search for tweezerman in Singapore, you can find a lot of sources online.
