Sometime ago, Jyoan of Positively Nice mentioned in one of her comments that she’s been drinking Apple Cider Vinegar as a beauty aid three times a day. I understand that Apple Cider Vinegar can help to create a more alkaline pH in our body and hence, is great for detox as well as slimming. We bought a bottle back then but because of the funky smell, I haven’t been able to bring myself to even take a sip. My husband drank most of it and he said he quite like how he felt afterwards but because we started taking the Fit Solution all-in-one complete supplement, he hadn’t gone back to drinking it anymore. I still have some of it left in the fridge and have been using it for my hair and acne instead.
It’s so wonderful that this is a short work week isn’t it? I’ve been looking forward to this week since Sunday. Heh. Anyway, I’ve been busy recently on a project, which is beauty related. Whilst working on this project, I noticed that smell greatly affects my opinion of a product. I’m a bit carried away by a new vitamin C eye gel that I’m testing since last Thursday. I know…it’s less than a week and I’m already so excited. It’s definitely not a placebo effect because I’m quite cynical regarding products formulated for the eye area. But nevertheless, I will give it another week or so before reviewing the product officially. Today, I want to discuss one of the ingredients in the product and that is Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, which is a relatively new derivative of Vitamin C.
