Pañpuri: Thai skin care to invigorate your senses

Between my bestie and me, we bought these four items from Pañpuri during our shopping trip in Bangkok. Pañpuri is a leading Thai beauty brand and their products are described as free of silicones, sulfates, parabens or synthetic fragrance. Another interesting feature of this brand is that the products are formulated with Pañpuri’s exclusive antioxidant Jasmine Free‐Radical Defense Complex™, as well as pure plant actives and essential oils to insulate skin from all types of free‐radical damage.

Why using toner is more important than you think

Recently, I got interested with the pH level of my cleansers and toners all over again and have been testing them using the pH strips. If you want to find out how to do this, check my entry on how to test the pH level of your skincare that I wrote about a year ago. So why am I revisiting this topic? Well, because I know some of you do not use a toner and I want to highlight to you that toners play an important role to correct and restore your skin’s pH level so that your skin is better prep to receive your serums and moisturizers. Outfit of the day: boho chic with batwing top

It was my first experience shopping on ASOS and it was a hit and some misses. I chose this top and some dresses from ASOS Petite and turned out, the petite is way too petite for me. I’ll have to return the dresses for an exchange or refund – at least that offers some sort of reprieve for me.

So today, I’ll show you my first DIY beauty project with dried lavender buds – talc-free dusting powder!

A salmon twice a day keeps the wrinkles away

Would you eat salmon twice a day, three days in a row if I told you that it will increase your skin’s radiance, glow and firmness? I probably can eat a small serving, like maybe the equivalent of three small slices you find on the salmon sushi but that’s about it. I don’t really like salmon much, especially not when they’re cooked. So to eat 3-oz of broiled salmon for lunch and dinner is just too much to stomach. But that’s what Dr Perricone recommends in his anti-inflammatory diet to aid in the elimination of puffiness and increase our skin’s firmness.
