Mukti Gentle Foaming Cleanser & Vitamin Masque

A number of you asked me about the Mukti organic products that I’m using and so this is a review of two of the products I’ve been trying. They were from the Starter Pack, which I received at the media launch last month and I’m quite impressed by the fact that I’ve been able to stretch them even after a month of usage. Normally, such sizes will last me about two or three weeks at most.

Share: do you use facial blotting paper regularly?

I used to buy tons of Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets more than 10 years ago. It was like, a must-buy beauty item for me then. However, I bought it more because I found it fun to see the oily stains on the sheets and not because they actually helped control my facial oil. Then I stopped purchasing them especially after a male colleague suggested in jest that a roll of paper towels is cheaper and way bigger to soak up all on the oil on my face! Well, that was funny but in hindsight, there was some truth in what he said too.

Showcasing my skin care regime & my bare face

Okay, today’s post is in response to Lucia’s request to share my current skin care routine as well as the skin care products I use. I think I’ve done a post like this last year and so it’s time to update because my routine has obviously changed. Personally, while I don’t switch products that frequently but I find it important to review our skin changes and adjust accordingly over time. So my skincare routine might change on a yearly basis and being a beauty blogger, I do experiment with new products although I try not to be too adventurous.

Teach me to break my bad hair habits please

I’m not very good with my hair; I don’t think I’ve taken very good care of it all these years. In fact, I have a few bad hair habits and I’ll talk about these today. Maybe you can teach me something about breaking them or maybe you can learn something from them. Otherwise, well, take it as some silly hair musings then. (^__^)

Think pink, wear pink & love pink this October

It’s Pink October ladies and that means time to give more attention to your boobs. Okay, I shall not be pitching about going for checks and examinations here but if you’re keen on knowing something about mammogram, just click through the link for my experience. Anyway, today’s post is about wearing pink this October. I wear quite a bit of pink but other than one pink dress I wear sometimes, I’ve never gone full swing on that color in terms of both clothes and accessories – definitely an overkill on me.
