Help clear and blemish-free skin naturally in 6 weeks

We all have experienced ‘bad skin days’ – those days when pimples and blemishes caused you to feel incredibly self-conscious about your complexion and when all you want to do is hide indoors. Some of you probably still remember mine and I am sure glad that those days are over now. However, it took me quite a long while to get rid of the spots, and I have to admit that I struggled through the process quite painfully by experimenting with all sorts of remedies. How I wish I had come across an effective blemish solution like this help: clear skin, which is an innovative nutraceutical food supplement that uses the power of nature and science to help you achieve a radiant and flawless complexion in six weeks.

100% natural ingredients
Help: clear skin contains 100% natural ingredients, including Praventin – a natural ingredient derived from milk, rich in Lactoferrin, which has been proven to reduce acne by boosting the body’s natural defences. It works from inside out by limiting the growth of acne bacteria, reducing the appearance of blemishes and speeding up the skin’s innate healing process, leaving your complexion looking clearer and more radiant. In addition, help: clear skin also includes aloe vera and oligofructose to nourish, heal and detoxify the skin.

Improvement seen in six weeks
The great thing is that help: clear skin dissolves in water and other non-carbonated drinks and soft food such as yoghurt without affecting the taste. All you need to do is take one sachet daily and in as little as six weeks, you could see the improvements in your skin.

Clinical research
So often, we apply numerous cleansers and creams on spotty skin in the hope it’ll make a difference, without considering that what we eat can have an effect too. Clinical research has shown that people with acne-prone skin who add 200mg of Praventin to their daily diet noticed a median reduction of 71% in blemishes by week four and a staggering 95% median reduction by week eight.

Testimonies from fellow bloggers
Now the question is, does help: clear skin deliver on its promises when put to the test? Since I do not have acne issues now, so it’s quite impossible for me to establish that but the following bloggers seem to think so!

From Beauty In The Mirror:
“I took help: clear skin for 5 weeks and it took about 3 weeks before I started to notice a difference but my skin definitely improved. I noticed that I was having clearer skin and although I still had the odd pimple I didn’t get any big spots. My skin is usually very temperamental and I often get lumps under the skin around my chin area which gets quite sore and I’m pleased to say that since taking this product I have not had any at all.”

From Bamboozle Beauty Blog:
“Here is the big question; does it work? Why yes it does! Since using this, I have found that my skin looks much clearer, brighter and healthier and my spot size was reduced within just 2 days!”

And judging by the following pictures, it appears taking help: clear skin can make a real difference.

Oh my!! You got me so tempted to order this product for my blemish problem!! In my case they are not severe but irritating enough for me to go nuts! Ever since the end of 2010 I started to have these nasties around my chin from now and then, and hence left with quite a bit of scars! Plus I have a rather dull complexion, so am in hope to search for something that will even my skin complexion and brighten it up!! I have been drinking lemon water religiously but I find the effect is not obvious… (sigh!!!)

Sounds like hormonal acne to me…does it come near the time of your menses?

  3. Audris says:

This can be a step before going on Roaccutane to see if it works. Certainly less harmful than Roaccutane! If only this had been around like… 10+ years earlier! I’d have loved to try it.

  4. Carrie says:

Hm… I guess around 70% of the time?! And sometimes it just pops up when I am not having my period, am also very annoyed about it. But yeah, I also think it is probably due to hormone since about 95% of my pimple occurs at the chin with few around the mouth! Eeeek!!

  5. Donna Belle says:

hi…i just want to ask if this product is available in the Philippines? i think i really need this one. thank you!

  6. Pauline says:

Any idea is there any US online website which I can purchase? Tks

  7. sesame says:

With cystic type of acne, supplements tend to work better than topical application.

  8. sesame says:

I see…it’s probably an internal issue and not product issue. I take a probiotic supplement to help contain mine but it was cheek acne…not sure if it’ll work for chin acne.

  9. sesame says:

It is only available online via the website link I’ve given but they ship internationally.

  10. sesame says:

It’s only available via the link I’ve provided and like I’ve mentioned to Donna, they provide international shipping.

  11. babybunii says:

This is quite similar with Pravantac that uses Lactoferrin as main ingredients in their product to0..

I have rosacea and had really difficult to find something that would suit my skin, but I use a brand called Dermatologica have you tried it? It is also used for other skin problems. Do you know any products that are good for rosacea skin, i use africab black soap, argan oil and several deramatogica products..thank you

  13. sesame says:

Have you tried that brand you mentioned? Did it work well for you?

  14. sesame says:

I’ve heard of Dermatologica but not tried the products before…heard they’re quite effective. If you can get your hands on Mukti, they’re pretty good and might work for your skin type.

And many thanks for your comments about my blog. ?

    LOVE ur blog…so much info!
Recently i came across “Kordel’s Herbal Anti-Acne”. It says is an effective herbal formulation specially for acne and problem prone skin. Have you tried or heard about it…i’m having problems with chin acne & would like to give it a try.Tq…

  16. Sesame says:

No, haven’t tried this particular product from Kordel. If you’re having chin acne, it’s probably hormonal.

  17. Faith says:

I have tried Praventac before and it works well for me.. able to see some results after the first bottle, but occasionally still suffer from minor breakouts. I’ve stopped taking it for 3 months and recently just purchased the 4th bottle. Anyway, after stopping the supplement for few months, those acnes start to haunt me again.. but not as bad as before. Have not tried Help: clear skin before.. but I guess it works just like Praventac.

  18. Faith says:

Ohh, and I suspect mine is hormonal acne.. Always growing on my chin & jaw line area and it’s been bothering me for years. Sigh.

  19. Giselle says:
