I’ve been losing weight over these few months. To begin with, I’m not fat and I’m pretty indifferent to my weight. I’m actually slightly irritated that people keep commenting that I’m thinner plus my clothes and even my wedding ring are now so much looser. Actually, I haven’t done anything to shed off the kilos. I’ve been eating the same number of meals based on the same diet. I haven’t been exercising and instead, have been sitting in front of my computer most of the time. So what has contributed to my weight loss? I gave this some thoughts and I suspect, it is pineapples!
I grew up hating to eat oats and would never take a second look at this foodstuff even though I’m aware that oats are nutritious and are good for our health, with over 40 studies showing that eating oatmeal may help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. However, I recently developed an interest in them after learning from my husband that eating oats can help to reduce weight.
I live in Asia but I have never heard about this exotic fruit called Momordica Cochinchinensis Spreng or commonly known as Gâc in Vietnam, which it is grown in abundance. Apparently, this is a revered bright red fruit that is regarded as a “Fruit from Heaven”, widely prized for its health and beauty benefits.
I’ve not been eating my Omega-3 Fish Oil as regularly as before but today, after visiting Makeupalley, I quickly gulped down two. You see, Omega-3 Fish Oil was featured on today’s review with 70 reviewers raving about its benefits and giving it a rating of 4.8 out of 5.
Some of these reviewers have been taking fish oil for years while others have just started out but all of them are saying good things about taking this as a supplement and how it has helped them maintain beauty from inside out.
