I thought I’ve always been one who loves instant gratification because I really prefer to buy my stuff and get them on the spot. However, it seems I’ve had a change of heart over the past year or so. I still prefer to buy from the stores but with more online stores that offer lower prices, it would seem that shopping for my beauty products online make better sense. So do I now prefer to buy my beauty products online? Well, yes and no.
I love beauty tools and gadgets but aside from my hair dryer, brow tweezer, and epilator that I use regularly, I’m really quite lazy to use anything more. While I may start out using a particular tool with enthusiasm but the interest usually fizzles out pretty quickly too. However, I’ve really surprised myself by using one tool daily for the past six months now! Seriously, I want to kowtow to myself for the feat!!! And what tool am I talking about?
A reader had left me a question on my Facebook page asking if it’s all right for her to drink a lot of water daily. At that time, I had told her that it should not be a problem but it’s more important to be drinking quality water. However, shortly afterwards, I found out that there is actually a dangerous medical condition called Hyponatremia, caused by drinking excessive water and resulting in one not having enough salt in the body fluids outside the cells. So I guess that’s why the recommendation is always for us to drink 8 glasses of water a day. But realistically, do we really count how much water we drink? Plus, how should these 8 glasses of water be spread out in the day?
Drinking sufficient water is important for both health and beauty, and this is why I sometimes carry a water bottle in my bag. However, since installing the Cell-Gen A.H. Water System at home, I’ve become extremely zealous about carrying my water bottle everywhere I go. In fact, I no longer purchase distilled or mineral water since finding out more about the importance of drinking quality activated hydrogen water. Now, I only want to drink the Cell-Gen A.H. Water from home.
