I bought the Lemongrass Shower Gel from Lemongrass House last year and had enjoy using it tremendously and so decided to get these as a birthday gift. I think they’re great for those who appreciate aromatherapy grade bath products. I had purchased the 260ml Rose Absolute Shower Gel for myself and because it’s got such a lovely scent, I got the smaller 120ml bottle and paired it up with a similar size Lavender Shower Gel for a friend.

Here’s something I got from the Chatuchak weekend market in Bangkok – a packet of herbal mask and scrub dry mix. Some of the ingredients are new to me and I had to ‘google’ for them to find out what they are. And while this is stated to be for the body but going by the ingredients, I tried it on my face too and it’s pretty pleasant.
I noticed that the Thai market seems to be very supportive of their local brands; their fashion and beauty brands are pretty dominant as seen in their strong presence in the department stores. Another observation is that Thai beauty brands pride themselves on using Asian heritage as a selling point, especially when positioning themselves in the international markets. Brands such as Panpuri, Thann and Harnn, which are also available in Singapore, are examples of those that have used this marketing edge to their advantage.
