Nivea Deodorant Dry Comfort

A few ladies at a beauty forum I visit sometimes has raved about Nivea’s deodorant.  So I made a mental note to try it out when I have the chance.  Well, the chance presented itself recently in the form of Nivea Deodorant Dry Comfort.

This is a 40ml swivel up, rub on stick with minerals that reminds me of soap in terms of its appearance and scent.  But inspite of its clinical look, it is indeed able to offer my underarms a full day regulation of perspiration.

L’Occitane Eau de 4Reines

Today is Mother’s Day and I’m feeling depressed.  If you read my personal blog, you’ll know the reasons.  But still, that doesn’t stop me from sharing this information about the present I bought for my mother.

I was planning on getting some skincare products for my mum while at L’Occitane last week but eventually settled on buying the floral L’Occitane Eau des 4Reines Eau de Toilette because she loves body fragrance and I know she’ll definitely use it.  Plus this is a great number: sweet, yet not too overpowering and I was told it can last up to four hours so I’m quite certain my mum would love this.

EO Lemon Verbena Shower Gel

I first saw the effects of this shower gel on the arms of an old lady.  Her wrinkled skin immediately appeared smooth after being washed with this gel and the result was incredulous.  Of course I had to try it for myself.

However, after using the whole of the 240ml bottle, I can’t tell the difference on mine.  Maybe it only works well on wrinkled skin?

But nonetheless, I love this.

Cherry Blossom Solid Perfume

I haven’t done any reviews on perfumes, simply because I don’t use any.  But I’ve just started using L’Occitane Cherry Blossom Solid Perfume I bought the other day.

Well, I bought it mainly because I needed to top up my purchase for a freebie, and chose this because it looks so pretty and so nifty.

Cherry Blossom or Fleurs de Cerisier in French is L’Occitane’s new fragrance for spring 2007 to celebrate the beauty of the cherry blossom.  I’ve never used solid perfume before and this is definitely ideal for carrying around in my bag without worrying about spillage.  In fact, it looks like a lip balm in a tin!
