New L’Occitane Almond Apple Range

I bought L’Occitane Almond Apple Toning Cider and Almond Apple Sweet Peel in the hope that they would help to tighten my pores and reduce their appearance as promised. But after using them for almost two months now, I have yet to see my skin anymore refined.

L’Occitane Almond Apple Toning Cider, which contains alcohol, is said to be a gentle formula toner that combines organic apple cider vinegar to tighten pores and reduce their appearance, with the toning properties of almond proteins. While the skin does feel fresh and soft, but I haven’t seen any difference to the condition of my pores.

Flawless look with mineral foundation

I have to say I’m very impressed by the mineral foundation from Erth Mineral Makeup.

Apart from mineral eyeshadows, I have yet to buy mineral foundation even though I’ve read and written good things about it. First it isn’t readily available here and second, because of the way it looks, I thought I would get similar result like normal loose powder, for which I’m not a fan of. But thanks to free samples from the company, I finally got to try mineral foundation and I’m now completely hooked on the product.

L’Occitane Very Precious Fluid SPF40

Despite the rave reviews on L’Occitane Immortelle Very Precious Fluid SPF40, I hesitated to buy this right at the beginning. Reason is because it only comes with 12% of Titanium Dioxide and contains no Zinc Oxide, both of which are key ingredients I look for in sunblocks.

Formulated with highly concentrated, organic Immortelle essential oil with anti-wrinkle, firming and regenerating properties, the fluid is supposed to contain high UV filters to effectively protect the skin from UVB and UVA rays, as well as defend against premature aging and the development of new pigmentation marks.

Proactiv Solution to clear acne
