Oil-based cleanser for cleaner face

Sana Ho-Jun-Ki Cleansing OilFor years, I have only used cleansing lotions of western brands to remove my makeup. I have heard so much about the Koreans and Japanese using oil-based cleansers but was a little of an oil-phobe to try my hands on one until recently with the new Sana Ho-Jun-Ki Cleansing Oil

So what’s the difference?

I realised that normal makeup removing lotion do not focus on pore cleansing care but this 100% raw royal jelly containing Vitamin C derivative promises to shrink pores by removing all traces of clogged dirts and sebums in pores.

Immortelle Very Precious Cream

“The Immmortelle is a flower that never fades and helps to preserve the youthful appearance of your skin.”  That’s the promise under L’Occitane Immortelle range and I am glad to say that they do what they say.

I was given samples of the the Immortelle Precious Fluid and Precious Cream to try some months ago and I immediately fell in love with the lovely scent and their fantastic texture.   But because I wanted something for my pigmentation as well as anti-aging, I bought the richer L’Occitane Immortelle Very Precious Cream instead.

Kose Seikisho Mask White

Seikisho Mask White

You can believe the claims on the packaging of Kose Seikisho Mask White that this mask unclogs pores, remove dirt and impurities to thoroughly clean skin and help reduce black pores.  I’ve used it and it indeed removed the blackheads around my nose and the pores on my face also looked a lot cleaner.  In fact, I actually thought my skin looked clearer and more radiant after using this peel off mask.  (It could be imaginery though, so I can’t swear on that.)

Sana Pore Putty Make Up Base

Sana Pore Putty Make Up Base

Despite the face primers and make up bases that I already have, I still couldn’t resist getting this Sana Pore Putty Make Up Base with SPF17 PA++ at Nishino in Mediya.  It’s Japanese for one and the other is that it promises to give me poreless skin with even skin complexion, covering up blackheads, spots and discolouration.
