Because I’m been trying different cleansers over the past few months, I wasn’t actually expecting much from this one but I’ll have to say this is a product that I love to use because of its scent. So yeah, my nose calls the shots too when it comes to facial cleansers and it’s no surprise considering facial cleansers do come right up under my nostrils!
Some of you may recall my feature of the Oskia Glow Facial at Bud Cosmetics earlier last month. Besides experiencing the facial, I also received this award winning Oskia Micro Exfoliating Balm and a couple of other samples in my media kit. So today, I’ll be sharing my review on this product, along with reviews on their Bedtime Beauty Boost and Eye Wonder.
I use cleansing milk or cream as a pre-cleanse in my facial wash routine and this is what I bought from Bud Cosmetics recently – the Logona Organic Rose & Aloe Cleansing Milk. Since it is really intended to dissolve my make-up as well as impurities such as sebum and sweat before I use my foaming cleanser, I wasn’t prepared to pay too much and this one came at a reasonable price. I also hadn’t realized until much later that this was part of the set that Bud Cosmetics had sponsored in last year’s Green Beauty Box Giveaway.
Some of you may have seen this brand sitting on the shelves at Guardian Pharmacy; it’s been in the market since some time last year. While the range falls under the natural category, but there is just nothing compelling about the products that make me want to part with my money. The price point is very unattractive in my opinion for a new range that has no unique selling point. So what made me pick this cleanser out? Well, because it was going for just S$16 at the BeautyAsia exhibition I attended last month. Unfortunately, they didn’t bring in the cream cleanser or I would have picked that too.
