I don’t like using soap bars on my face but other than that, I’m quite game to use them on my hair or body. Somehow, they appeal to me in a certain strange way and that’s probably why I couldn’t resist buying this J.R. Liggett’s Old Fashion Bar Shampoo soap even though I don’t really need it. I suspect I bought it because I was captivated by the packaging – don’t you think it looks quaint?
I’m actually more careful with my hair than with my skin and this is probably why you see fewer hair products reviewed on this blog. However, I’ve been rather bored using the same shampoo over such a prolonged period and decided to try some new products. So I ventured to buy the Avalon Organics Biotin B-Complex Therapy Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner from Watsons, especially after reading some positive reviews up on iHerb.com.
Gals, today’s post is really more of a gripe than a product review. I’m totally sore about Klorane. Oh why did Klorane have to go discontinue their dry shampoo in non-aerosol spray? WHY? It’s a product I’ve been using almost daily for almost 10 years and I need it back! I really don’t like the aerosol spray version because it does not work as well. In fact, I find it quite useless after testing it for a week now.
I wonder how many of you remember the “amorous” Surya Henna Cream I posted back in April? Heheh okay, it wasn’t an amorous cream but rather, the cream came packaged in a box with an amorous looking image. Well, I finally tried the product about three weeks ago and am ready to tell you if this henna cream worked for me.
