Phytocedrat Sebo-Regulating Shampoo

Phytocedrat Shampoo

I recently switched to Phytocedrat Sebo-Regulating Shampoo and for awhile now, I haven’t had to resort to using dry shampoo to keep my hair looking less greasy. I have seen this product around for some time already but haven’t been inspired to test it out because I never had good experience with shampoos containing botanical ingredients. Well, shampoos that do not foam usually doesn’t work for my extremely greasy scalp because mine is the sort that produce sebum almost IMMEDIATELY after washing. So you can imagine my trauma all these years; not to mention the amount of dry shampoo which I have been inhaling!

DIY Beauty: Rhassoul clay for oily thin hair

Rhassoul Clay

I received a sample packet of Moroccan Rhassoul clay from Yours Essentially sometime back and didn’t quite know what to do with it. I didn’t want to use it as a mask on my face and so I ran a search on the Web and found that Rhassoul clay can also be used as a shampoo to remove dandruff or excess sebum from the scalp. Hair washed with the clay is said to become soft and shiny with more volume. Plus some users were even commenting that the clay can help reduce the need for frequent hair washing. And that all sounded great to me because I have a peculiar hair condition characterized by fine, thin and oily hair which I have to wash daily.

Review: Skin Food Hop Beer Hair Wash

Skin Food Hop Beer Hair Wash

I am almost using up the bottle of Skin Food Hop Beer Hair Wash but I can’t say for sure if my hair condition is any better. The only thing I remember is that my hair was incredibly soft and bouncy the first time I used this shampoo. So the claims that this product rids hair of product buildup and environmental impurities is quite true. But I didn’t see any further significant effects after that. As a matter of fact, I won’t buy this shampoo again because it is really not suitable for my greasy scalp.
