Apivita 100% natural wax candle with essential oils

Apivita-Natural-Wax-Candle

In conjunction with the Earth Hour last Saturday, Apivita showcased one of its best-selling products, the 100% Natural Wax Candle made with pure essentials oils from its aromatherapy range. I don’t mind candles as many of them smell great but I am not that huge a fan. Well, let’s just say they don’t feature in my shopping list at all. However, I decided to accept the gift of this candle from Apivita as it is said to be able to triple-duty as a hand moisturizer and lip balm.

Naturopathica: nature & science for holistic skincare

Naturopathica-Aloe-Cleansing-Gel

I was rather excited to try the Naturopathica skin care products because they sound rather promising. Another reason is because the brand reminds me of Neal’s Yard Remedies, which I’ve wanted to try but haven’t had the chance. Well, similar or not, I’ve been trying some products from Naturopathica for more than two months and I’m now ready to share my review on them.

If you’re into candy sweet, pastel shades, then you’ll definitely love the feminine hues of the Meditate Spring 2013 lacquer collection from Sparitual. I usually prefer dark colors but I have to say these are pretty! These are not natural (anyway, not possible for nail polishes to be so) but I was glad to know that Sparitual nail lacquers are 4-free, which means they do not contain DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, and Formaldehyde Resin. In addition, they are said to be 100% vegan.

Eco-friendly breathe brushes for airbrush makeup

Although I am no makeup guru, I actually love makeup brushes and I have quite a few in my stash. However, I’ve been using makeup sponges for awhile and apart from the small brushes, all others have been left untouched in my drawer for the past year. And it looks like they’re going to stay in there even longer now that I have this set of breathe brushes.
