The Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Radiant Touch is dubbed the magic pen brush. I wouldn’t quite say it is that. Instead the word I would use to describe it is functional.
In terms of concealing power, this pen brush isn’t exceptional. It only made my dark undereye circle less noticeable, not cover it totally. But then, this isn’t a concealer. So rightfully, it shouldn’t be expected to conceal. Instead, this is a take-anywhere instant highlighter for adding a touch of light or banishing shadows and signs of fatigue from the eye area, and anywhere else on the face.
