Stir-fried Asparagus

Ingredients
  • a handful of asparagus, wash and cut
  • sliced carrots
  • sliced mushrooms
  • chopped garlic
  • chicken stock
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Fry the chopped garlic till brown
  2. Throw in the carrot, asparagus and mushroom
  3. Stir fry the ingredients for 3 minutes
  4. Stir in three tablespoons of chicken stock
  5. Cover the pan and leave ingredients to braise for 3 minutes
  6. Remove cover, throw in a pinch of salt
  7. Stir fry for another 2 minutes
  8. Serve on rice
