While I love my hair and would go to the ends (hair ends that is) to care for them, I hate to address some of the issues I face about them. Like hair loss. Am I suffering from hair loss? No, I reject that. But I could certainly do with more hair growth. It’s just a very hairy issue that I don’t really like to discuss in detail although I still do some things here and there to encourage the hair follicles. Anyway, I’m not blogging about the things I do to my hair today. Instead, I want to direct your attention to the Apivita Propoline Women’s Tonic Shampoo For Thinning Hair that I recently received from the brand.
While I like buying makeup brushes more than I like buying makeup, I only use two makeup brushes daily–one for my face, and another for my eyebrows. That’s it. And I don’t even apply foundation on my face with a foundation brush anymore. Instead, I use a blush brush. Maybe some of you find the idea strange but I prefer a smaller brush because it helps me apply my foundation more evenly. That was why I thought the Real Technique Expert Face Brush might work for me and got it on a whim. Good thing it was an affordable whim too.
While I don’t take special care of my lips, I’m quite a lip balm addict. I don’t think I’ve ever finished using a tube though as I always have a handful on rotation and even before I’m done with any of them, I will usually add new ones to my collection. So what is it about lip balm that appeals to me? Well, I can’t quite put my lips to it but I just know I can do without lipsticks but I can’t do without a lip balm. Anyway, I wanted to show you some of the lip balms that are on current rotation. They are either stashed in my bag or strewn on my desk.
While I use my lips a lot, I don’t really take special care of them. Apart from some occasional scrubbing, daily applying of lip balm and lipstick, I don’t use anything else on my lips. Heck, I don’t even use a lip product with SPF! So the last thing I’d expected to receive in my mail was this Marie Veronique Organics Pacific Lip Treatment, a brand new product just launched barely a week ago. To be honest, it didn’t excite me much because like I said, lip care is really not on my agenda. But I was curious anyway and wanted to see for myself if a natural formulation can actually plump up my lips.
