Next to deodorants, I’m most reluctant to change shampoos once I’ve found something that works for me. Hair is a big deal for me and keeping it looking great has been a key lifelong goal. But I’m still curious and once a while, I’ll take an excursion to venture something new. I’m currently using the Giovanni Golden Wheat Deep Cleanse Shampoo but have been alternating that with the Giovanni Root 66 Max Volume Shampoo. Yes, anything that promises to increase body to limp and lifeless hair gets my interest all the time.
Not only do I have Weleda products in my handbag and on my bedside table, I now have a bunch of Weleda Creamy Body Washes competing for space on my bathroom countertop alongside the Weleda Birch Body Scrub. Good thing they are no eyesore as they all come in bright and colorful packaging. I love just about all of the body washes I’ve tried but I’m going to tell you my favorite of the four I’ve gotten from iHerb. And while we’re at that, I’ll also share my thoughts about their Birch Body Scrub—if it’s worth any space in your bathroom.
In December last year, I began a new skincare routine using DERMAGOLD, a local range of fuss-free products developed especially for Singapore and Southeast Asian climate with effective active ingredients and easy to apply texture. I was looking forward to giving a good report about them because I was told that the products are deliberately organized in a system to deliver optimal results. So follow me as I share my thoughts about them and how they’d performed for me so far. At the end of this post, I also have a before and after picture of my face for your reference and scrutiny. I was first captivated by the packaging of Moroccan Natural. It must have been the mesmerizing blue bottles with the matching blue labels. That along with the lure of argan oil which works very well for my skin and the prospect of indulging in the sweet scent of rose oil made me all excited about their offerings. Added to that is the fact that I’m predisposed to loving oil on my skin already. So naturally, I needed no persuasion to try their products.
