Natural Beauty Inside Out
It was very interesting for me to read some of your comments in my post yesterday, especially about your beauty goals in 2010. Mine is actually really very simple and straightforward and that is – to look 10 years younger using natural products! *CHUCKLES* Okay, a part of me is laughing at my own goal but another part of me is rather serious about it. But of course, I have to be realistic and try to first of all, get rid of my bothersome acne and acne marks! Wish me luck, okay?
Another year is coming to a close and I want to take this time to thank all my readers who have been coming to this space to read, and or share your thoughts on beauty with me. All of you have made it possible for me to continue writing with passion and even though we may not always share the same views, but I know our objectives are the same and that is to stay beautiful inside out.
Should you like having Champagne as part of the festive celebrations, you might want to consider putting aside some amount of it for your skin because according to the Los Angeles Times, the sparkling wine has clinical merit and is beneficial for beauty. This is because of the antioxidants in the grape seed extract, which are said to be 20 to 50 times more powerful than vitamin C and vitamin E. Not only that, the grape seed extract protects the skin’s vital collagen and elastin from environmental free radicals and oxidative stress.
Recently, I received a query from Lina if I’ve come across Japanese beauty expert Yukuko Tanaka (田中宥久子) and her Zogan face contouring massage techniques (塑颜按摩法). Lina is from the Essential Day Spa forum and according to her, a number of them at the forum are interested in this technique but because of the language, are having some difficulty figuring it all out. I visited the thread and found that a number of them have given positive reviews after trying the massage techniques for just a week or more.
