I’m really liking our Watsons here for the exciting slew of skin care products they’ve been introducing in succession.   First, it was new organic products.  Then, it was Dr Jart+ from Korea.  And soon, they’re going to bring in a major Japanese skincare range that many girls around the world have been raving about.

Do you care for eco-friendly ink & packaging?

I had quite a rude shock a few weeks into using the cosmetics from Zuii Organic.   No, there wasn’t any problem with their products but I started noticing that the words on the packaging were fading!  I had initially thought they used poor quality ink and it was only much later that I realized that they are most likely using water soluble ink since the company is into organic products and are likely using environmentally friendly packaging.

So I caved in to all the raves I’ve read on the beauty forums and from fellow beauty bloggers and bought the Everyday Minerals Flat Top Brush finally.  It was on sale and I only paid S$10 for it.  I was very excited about this brush and expected it to perform better than the current synthetic kabuki brushes I’m using from Momo Minerals.   But did it?

I received this bottle of  La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL Sun Spray SPF50+ complimentary from the company in Singapore recently.  Although I prefer a mineral sunscreen, I do use chemical sunscreens as mentioned in my earlier entry about my sun protection arsenal and La Roche-Posay is a brand I highly rely upon.
